I just wanted to reach out and express my gratitude for the amazing service I received during my recent visit. I had booked a court with a few friends and unfortunately, our friend forgot his paddle for pickleball, but the general manager went above and beyond to help us. Not only did she resolve the issue, but also offered to let us use the pickleball paddles for free.The general manager was so accommodating and asked about the music we wanted to play during our session. They made sure everything was set up to our satisfaction and ensured that we had a great time.I was thoroughly impressed with the level of customer service and the genuine care that was shown to make our experience enjoyable. Thank you for such an enjoyable time and for all that you do to make your facility a great place to visit.

I had such a good time rollerblading at the JVC center. The floor is really smooth and it was a lot of fun. I will come back again

Nice courts and a good set up for sports participants. Tends to be hard to get good seating to watch your kids events and loud, but I think this is true of any gym setting. Would be nice to have some drink and snack machines.

Booking court space at JVC is super easy and convenient. Every time I’ve booked they have done their best to accommodate my schedule.The staff go out of their way to make sure the facility is clean and running on time- which is very important to us Our volleyball nets are set up and ready to go with balls and equipment easily accessible. We always have a great experience with the staff and everyone has been so pleasant and professional. We will keep coming back. Thank you

Nice place to play pickleball, however the floors are very slippery when moving fast. People wet down their shoes to get traction.

I had booked a court with a couple of my friends for 2 hours. Unfortunately they double booked us. When we went to find some workers to sort it out one girl who worked there was very disrespectful and treated us poorly. She was hosting a session and I politely asked her to help resolve the error is scheduling however she basically told us to screw off and figure it out on our own. I was able to find another worker. I believe his name was Josh. He was very helpful and kind, and resolved the issue. Wish the girl treated us with more respect, due to the fact it was an error in scheduling. Wouldn’t be much of an issue, however she handled it quite poorly. Other than that decent facility’s and nice that everything is there and set up

Nice courts. Not a lot of spectator space on some courts to accommodate tournament numbers. A little stressful trying to get where you need to go without disturbing anyone.

I recently visited this fitness facility and was blown away by the dedication of the two employees who cleaned the entire gym to provide the best service for their clients. The level of cleanliness and attention to detail was truly impressive and made for a great workout environment. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a clean and well-maintained facility with friendly staff.

It's so nice to see a multi-use facility (volley-ball, basketball, etc.) treat pickleballers as valued customers. Joshua does a great job at welcoming and getting to know his clientele... rare to see these days. Well done!
